Existing Titanium app needs some small amendments to change languages and images

I have a Titanium app which we built for a client on Android and iOS and is running perfectly.
Client now wants to add some extra content and change all the text over from English to Spanish.

Some of the text is in text files, some are hardcoded in the code.
New text will be supplied.

It needs to only work on iOS and will need to be 64 bit build of course, for iOS 8+

Images will cover new large devices too, though may need renaming to fit the convention in app.

Some of the old content will be removed and some new content may need formatting, such as names for the images, sizes may be incorrect.

The original was developed by a developer who is no longer available but can be used as a resource should there be any questions.

There will be very little functionality change if any, it is all merely content change and I would say it is a pretty easy job.

Couple of conditions,
1). You can't add this to your portfolio of work, must be deemed white label, but I will give excellent references.

2). I require a daily commit to the source control repository during the project and a daily report via email.

I also have lots of work coming on stream all the time, and use PPH freelancers exclusively.
