Electronic Card System

The e-TCC is a new smart card based way of issuing tax clearance certificate. Prior to the approval and adoption of the e-TCC project, the State was using the paper based and manually processed Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) with the under listed features.
 Serves as personal identity card to the payer
 Information provided on the e-TCC card is secured with cryptography hence data integrity
 Provide the taxpayer with the assurance that all remittances made to the State are in the Government’s coffers
 Card is durable and portable
 Provides easy access to the tax history of the payer

Chip Contains

1. Name
2. Address
3. Date of Birth
4. Employers Name & Address
5. Tax Information i.e. payment history
6. Bio-Data - Fingerprint
