Drupal Based Quote Bidding System

Hi there,

I require a proficient Drupal developer who can compile the following specification onto my drupal installation.

I require a bidding system where a user can post a content type (to be defined to winning bidder), the user then selects from a list of their approved providers to send this request to bid.....the approved providers can then log on and provide a quote.

The user will be able to select any of the bids not necessarily the lowest. When a user posts the content for quotation, there must be a timer when they want the bidding to end by.
