Dog Rescue Database App

We are creating a small app for a non-profit dog rescue, a database app listing the available dogs.

A layout has been created. Parts of the app include: Databasing (server setup welcomed), search by phone number, use phone to call number, call out to camera, and more. If possible, it should run on both phones and tablets of Gingerbread or higher.

This has a very short turnaround time, so respond quickly if interested.
