Development of small aplication using .NET windows forms

I need to develop a small application consisting mainly of data editing screens.

* C# WINFORMS
* Must use MVC or MVP pattern of your choice that I approve.
You must be able to explain your choice.
* Must use LINQ or Entity Framework for data access
* I provide the database schema.

Application consists of CRUD screens for the following entities (number of properties in parenthesis):

Cities (2)
Clients (20)
Reason for returning Order (2)
User Profile (2)
Region (3)
Price Table(15)
Type of Vehicle (2)
Vehicle (4)
Routes (4)
Users (4)
State (1)
