Developer to extend an application.

I have built a survey application in Silverlight / C#. It saves to an XML file. I have created a report to screen.

I now want someone (you!) to extend my application in three ways:

(1) Add the ability to print this report.
(2) Add a function that enables us to email the report as an attachment in XML to a survey administrator.

Once you have done these two bits of work I will be giving this tool to a few colleagues who will do a survey and email me their reports. So the next part of the job I need you to do is:

(3) Create a Windows app that will take these XML reports and aggregate them into a summary report. This summary report should be savable (so that I can run a different one every year and compare them) and printable.
