Develop an iPad and iPhone application

Develop an iPad and iPhone storyapp. Management of all graphics and testing to be included in the project (graphics are currently iPad size to will need to be resized for iPhone). The app has 29 pages and 1 game and a menu structure that includes various pages and a 'pick a page' option. The app includes text synchronisation. The app has been prototyped in proto.io. Xcode file will need to be provided as project progresses - app needs to be setup in storyboard format. Please see project plan attached for timescales further information.

Note: I have had the app developed for iPad already but the code is really messy so looking for a good developer to work with and start from scratch on code. Some code from the xcode file can be reused and the file will be provided to freelancer.
