DEVELOP A VOIP APP FOR IOS / IPHONE

Description of requirements/features: We have developed our own international calling App that offers cheap international calls.

We want to integrate a sip phone with it that will allow people to make a voip call using their wifi and data connections.

Our requirements are as follows:


1) The sip dialler / voip phone should work with all versions of IOS and should integrate with our existing App so that we can bill the customer correctly. Any open source Sip dialler is accecptable. e.g PJSIP (developer should source the relevant libraries themselves).

2) The App should use either G711 or G729 codecs. The jitter buffer level for our switch is 60-120ms and the app should produce jitter within these parameters to ensure excellent voice quality. Codecs should be sourced and supplied by the developer.

3) The dialler should support passing of DTMF tones mid call and have loudspeaker and mute functions.

Strictly no time wasters. Generic applications will be rejected immediately. We want someone who has experience in developing Voip Apps and we will require a demonstration of any Apps they have created, prior to us awarding the job to them. There will be potential for lots of future work as we upgrade our App in the future.
