Develop a PHP/ Flash application

Profile Evaluator

I want a profile evaluator made in PHP/ Flash which is essentially going to ask customers for information like their work experience/ qualifications/ scores etc and using preset logics give them a indication of their profile suitability for a MBA program.

Key features of the program are:
- Application opens up in a new window when clicked
- User enters information using dropdown menus and text fields
- Application is able to lookup things like institute name from a premade table and pull a score value from that table
- Combine the scores in a overall score value and display in a nice graph
I need the user interface to be professionsal and nicely designed. I will provide the full formulas and working of the application in a document, you just need to build is as per that.
