Develop a expo.io framework based app

The project aims to develop an app with three pages, based on the expo.io framework with the following features:

1. provide drawer navigation where the user can select the (empty) home page, the settings page with only a switch to enable/disable the app, and a generic (empty) help page
2. intercept the number of the caller for each call received by the user
3. check if the number of the caller is in the contacts of the mobile phone
4. perform a query on google and store the return value showing to the user on the home page the result

some clarifications
- for point 2 it is enough to set up the function, it is not relevant what to do with the number, aside from having it in a variable
- for point 3, the search doesn't have to provide particular information, enough to get the name of the user as a proof of concept
- for point 4, the query just can contain the name of the user retrieved from the contact, again it is just a proof of concept
- is it needed to have this in the expo.io framework? Yes, please.
- is any particular graphics required? No, please just use the standard form and colour, no need to provide more info as this is proof of concept.
