Develop a basic Phonegap app ready to be deployed to the App and play store

General information for the app: This app tracks the process of our home brew kit.

Description of every page/module: We have a product which requires an app to go with it. The product is a 48 home brew kit. The basic functions of the app is tracking how far along the brew process you are and also being able to keep track of previous brews you have made.

The app will need to send 1 push notification when the users brew is ready.

There will also have to be a data collection page which can take users details so we can send them a free gift. This information needs to be sent to our server.
