Delphi XE+ or Javascript Developer to display simple data from SQLite DB's

I have some SQLite databases of stock market data.
I'd like to have two applications, one to create the report & the second to view the report.

1). Report Creator. A grid application to create reports. Allow paste into cells from clipboard. Grid shows 5 columns High, Low, Mean, High change and Low Change. Application will verify symbol exists in database and allow reports to be saved XML.

2). Report viewer.
User can open a saved XML report. User can select a date and update prices from database for the new date.

Viewer can be multitab if possible (multiple reports in tabs) and allow the list of open reports to be saved for loading later.

I need a slick GUI using TMS components.

Prefer UK developer who wants more Delphi work & is contactable during day on Skype or Messenger.

All assistance possible will be given.

Delphi XE+ required but will want in Javascript at a later date so would accept solution in Javascript (using EXT-JS).
