DELPHI (Borland) SOFTWARE v4/7 Expert Required for an urgent task

Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for Subject Matter Expert in Borland Delphi Software wit min 5-8 exp in developing software using Delphi 7 onward. Here are the requirements:

1. Must have an installed version and copy of Borland Delphi Software for installations to other compatible machines.
2. We have a source code written in Delphi which needs to to interpreted further and require some changes
3. The source code has some Chinese language characters which needs to be converted into english (we can help)
4. The source is for 3 small software which generates one DLL ile and 2 executable , they need to be recompiled
5. The expert will work with our development team for knowledge transfer.

This might convert into an ongoing project because we are planning to convert this software into some other language as well.
