Delete unwanted Android permissions in Ionic 3 app

Hi,

we have an existing Ionic 3 mobile app for both iOS and Android.

When we do a package build for Android (apk) the app appears to have some permissions such as SMS even though we don't really need that permission as we don't use it in our app.
We tried to use Cordova Android Permissions Plugin to manage the permissions but although we did everything as described in Ionic documentation it didn't help us.

If you think you can fix this issue, feel free to apply to this project.
Basically, we just need to remove the unwanted permissions from our app.
