As an Owner of hotel*** project, we need everything set up again codes and web, We want Android, IOS web admin, and portal fully functional as it was before all the bugs & fixes need to be sorted for as to create requirement list.

1. All the files any work needs to be carried out from clients hosting (Hotel***) The developer should run the whole project from clients hosting and save it on clients hosting.
2. All source code ownership and copy write of this project is owned by the client (Owner of Hotel*** initial RM)
3. Clients will only release payment after matching with the screenshot we have.
4. Developer promise to update the whole project to the latest version of codes.
5. Developers Agree that this project is developed in such a way so many other developers can take over.
6. The time to complete this project is two days agreed by the developer.

Payment Shell only is released when meeting all the above requirements.
