CRM Application Customizing SugarCRM

Hello,

We have developed a site for a client in Joomla and now we need the CRM client portal to be customized. We need this completed as soon as possible.

It should be in Sugar CRM.

We will be doing following:

1. Capture customer agency information along with Type, Source, Status (These will be added from CRM system only), the customer infomration is "Accounts" section in the CRM
2. Ability to store documents with a customer account
3. Ability to send proposals that can be securely retrieved. These should be visible online via a secure link and should be pdf-exportable and printable. (These are also the documents, and will be availble only within the customer's account. They need to login to access it.)
4. Ability to generally send/receive files in a secure manner (Will be within the account). Secure manner can only be done if we use SSL security.
5. Ability to define custom groups of clients
6. Ability to email custom-groups of contacts with an email body
7. Invoicing (with basic features for now)
8. Internal document management system for storing and sharing manuals, project files (These also come in document management)

i. Features for generating invoices (both one-time and repeating) that can be sent as pdf via email on a predefined schedule
ii. Payment collection (manually entered, no e-commerce features necessary)
iii. Basic reports about payments collected, receivables, aging, etc.
