Create timesheet entry form on FileMaker

We are a construction company that would like the ability for our employees to submit daily hours online or via their mobile device. We are ready to start this asap if someone is available. The start date and finish date will be determined by you, so please be able to meet your own deadline. I would like deadlines to include progress updates and can include progress payments as well. Please include the ability to make 2 revisions in the initial quote, then additional charges can be added.

Here is what I have in mind, we can talk more at the start:
Some of our employees are not computer savvy so it should be user friendly.
It should require date entry, hours, time in/out for lunch, choose between jobs in progress, choose from a list of labor codes and flag when OT has been entered.
They should be able to enter PTO time used, be able to review what has been entered and make changes as necessary.
It should require a personal log in and each entry needs to be able to export in to an excel document so we can easily enter in to our Masterbuilder file.
Preferably they can enter one full days hours (some times 8 different labor codes) on one screen since their connections are not always the best.
Info should to be easily updated (job list and labor codes) by an average office worker. Bigger changes will be contracted.

We currently use something similar on WordPress but it is very frustrating and not the most user friendly. I can provide copies of screens.
