Copy an existing app using my company details/branding

I am looking to have a professional app created for my practice using an existing one as a guide but with my branding. There are no complicated bits to the app such as calculators etc.

All of the information of what needs to go on each page will be provided.

I will need the function to be able to update the app each year with relevant informaiton.
