Convert Android App to Apple Watch App. It is a keyboard.

We have developed a keyboard app for 1.54" android smartwatches which run on full android 4.4 (smartwatches phones with sim cards).
This is fully developed in 2014 and works beautifully but we have only used it internally for smartwatch phone development and hence has never been on any store.
We need this keyboard app to be converted to run on apple watch.
