Content Management System

I require a database driven site which will be managed by a custom written Content Management Solution. The site must be developed in VB.NET 2008, ASP.NET 3.5/SQL 2005. The site will have 3 functionalities split into 3 categories. Category 1 - A Mobile phone comparison website, Category 2 - A property portal (similar to rightmove.co.uk) and Category 3 - A car portal site (similar to autotrader.co.uk). As a developer myself, I will assist and be able to help where requred but the deadline for this project is mid August 2009.
