ContactBase 2.1 iOS Swift Development

#Project Overview

The contractor is tasked with developing Version 2.1 of iOS app ContactBase coded in Swift 4. The current live build available in the App Store is ContactBase 2.01. All data is currently stored within core data on the device, with Firebase only providing user registration, authentication and reporting.

ContactBase Version 2.1 consists of 7 tasks, broken down in 3 milestones. Tasks are described in detail within shared Trello. Designs and images stored in Dropbox.

#Communication
All task based communication should take place in Trello within the first instance using the Agile methods of Backlog > In Progress > In Review > Completed. Bi-weekly progress meetings to take place as video conference calls through Skype.

#Repository
All code to be committed to ContactBase's private Github repository.

#Payment
Fixed payment of $500 agreed with the following breakdown:
Milestone 1: $150
Milestone 2: $150
Milestone 3: $200

#Project Timeline
The project will commence on 4th March and be completed no later than the 18th March.

Milestone 1:
1. Change Mike McDonald to Nia Adiya
2. Add Address functionality
3. Create tell us what you think feature

Milestone 2:
4. Build improved Contact View screen
5. Make Social an Conflict attributes mutual

Milestone 3:
6. Create duplicate chart functionality
7. Create traditional org chart lines
