CM 03/04 Program Speeder

I would like an application, for Windows. That essentially speeds up the matchplay within Championship Manager 03/04. There used to be a program called CM Speeder... But this is no longer active, it also contains a trojan, which is no use to me or the project I have in mind.

So a small sized application, it can be very light in terms of GUI.

This is intended as a quick and easy job for somebody wishing to earn some cash easily.
