Build an Android, an iOS iPhone app and a website.

Job to do: Build an Android (Android Studio)-(Java), an iOS (Xcode)-(Swift) app and a website.

I had to split the app documentation into 3 files, because Peopleperhour does not want or doesn't know how to upgrade the Mb to upload bigger files.

The website documentation is not attached because Peopleperhour does not want or doesn't know how to upgrade the number of the files that can be attached posting new projects.

The website, database and all needed to make the app works will be in my server. Therefore I will pay as long the app works well on my server.
Payments: After finish Android app and admin panel, 2- After finish iPhone and 3- After finish the website.

Make sure the apps are built to store on Google Pay and App Store (iOS).
The first app has to be built on Android Studio, once the app works well and the website, will be built the app for iOS.

Use Material Design

My conditions about the job are:
After testing the app and paying, I need 6 months to review the app and free changes on bugs and discordances.
If the job hasn't been finished, you cannot ask me for any pay. That means I'll look for someone who can do the job.

You cannot passworded the app. Before I pay the job you have to give me all the app files and I will build them with Android Studio and check the app making sure the app works well.

All rights are 100% my and all versions developed will be sent to me.
Use Native Android, Do NOT use kotlin or third party softwares.
I would like to communicate directly with the programmer that is building the app.
