Browser (sencha) based form frontend to use a MS access MDB backend

Description of every module: The main form should manage Insert, delete, update functionality in one main table, with dropdowns and validation usings cross selection or subselections using other input tables.
Description of requirements/functionality: a single (master/detail) form is needed that initially list the table but that can be filtered using 3 criteria (cliendcode, date, category) to narrow down the list in the master view

In the detail view when a row is selected all details (about 5 columns) should be able to edit and validated (eg no wrong dates or numbers).

It should allow as well to select a row and delete it or select a row and make a new entry for insertion.
Specific technologies required: sencha
OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS
Extra notes: looking for a web interface and possibility to re-use the old MS-Access 2000 MDB format to connect to and manage.
Purpose is to initally evaluate then possibilities of Sencha as our next development platform
After evaluation we intend to launch a full migration using Sencha and standard MS SQL (includes datamigration).
