Booking app

I'm looking for an app developer to do a booking app for members of a sports community club.
In short, members of the club would need this app on their mobile device to log in and book their training session. New members would need to register before booking.

Main page (1) with 9 buttons: Info, Coaches, Gallery, Services, Offers, Tips, Classes, Self-directed, and One2One.
Pressing one button would go to another page:
