Bespoke Video/Web Conferencing System

I would like a bespoke videoconferencing system to be developed and embedded into my wordpress website. Almost like a live virtual roundtable/panel discussion.

The system would be similar to a Skype or google hangout, but allows upto 6 participants to join and have a discussion at any one time.

I’d also like the discussion/conferences to be broadcast to a live audience maybe using a livestream type system/integration. I would like to be able to broadcast to audiences of upto 200 individuals that can login via gateway access to view the conference from any location computer or devices.

The system has to allow for an area where the audience can type questions in to be received by the panel.

The system needs to be built to allow the 6 conference/discussion participants to be able to join via their computers built in camera/webcam.

It’s very important that the platform offers seamless and smooth transmission.

I have attached an example of how I’d like the final system to look. As you can see each speaker is in their own area with their information to the right of them. These discussions will happen regularly, and each time will have different participants. Therefore, the system has to be built in a way that the speaker information area can be easily edited/updated.

I have tried looking at the possibility of using pre-made plugin and software, Livestream has a studio software but only allows upto two participants. None of the ones I found seem to have the functions needed. So a bespoke option seems like the only way forward.
