Bespoke Android Development

I am currently developing a mobile App for Android. I have built basic screen layout/navigation using a CMS . I have downloaded project to Eclipse (where my HTML forms reside locally at the moment) and have a basic App working in AVD.

I now need to add the more technical / complex aspects into my project including:-

1) Adding/Maintaining SQlite Database on Android Device (to hold various pieces of persistent data in various tables)
2) Add necessary scripting into project to enable SQlite DB data to be saved / retrieved / manipulated from via HTML Forms
3) Add Data entry valdidation into HTML Forms
4) Embedding Google API Distance Matrix into code to look up & utlise distances

Due to the sensitive natue of my App, not keen to share full App but I will produce a dummy App via Buzztouch with similar structure to enable all of the above features to be added.

For a professional Android developer this should not be a significant amount of effort 10 -15 hours I am guessing as most of this logic is just lift and shift from other projects.

I just need a basic project model in Eclipse to refrerence going forward as I will lift all of the developed logic from dummy App to my actual App.
