Auto-populate address field in Dynamics 365 Sales order record

Currently sales people need to fill in address details manually for each sales order on Dynamics CRM. The fields are mapped to Dynamics Business Central, and so alternative fields cannot be used.

I would like to add in some logic that streamlines the process. By default, the primary account address should be input into the ship-to address fields on the order screen. If possible, I would also like the salesperson to be able to select an address entity from a look-up field that relates to the account and have that populate the fields. Lastly, the salesperson should be able to overwrite the fields with custom data if none of the existing records match.
