Asp.Net with DexExpress Task , Insert & Update & Delete for patient details

Description: This is an application for a clinic.
we have an existing application but we need to improve some its parts.

This task consists of three parts:
1- insert new information for patient's surgery
2- Update the existing information based on the surgery ID .
3- Displaying all surgeries in grid view and enable delete or edit or add new.

Database is already created and ready to use.
You will be given all requirements and even SQL statements in this task.
We have a technical person how can guide you to best handover.


we mihgt use some technologies like Drag and Drop , pop up windos , javascripts to make the screens more user friendly.


we have more than 15 lockup tables used in this session to select from , Radio Buttons, drop down list .... etc
