ARkit and ARcore and GPS AR app within Unity3d

GPS enabled ARkit and ARcore project.

We need an integrated AR solution that works with both ARkit and ARcore, and GPS within Unity3d

We have a 3d model of a building that we need to place on-site in AR, we need to ensure proper placement of the model in AR using a GPS system, that understands how to place the model with the correct scale, and orientation.

Workflow:
The app launches main camera enabled screen,
it understands the user’s location.
it asks user to scan the space to pickup horizontal planes,
Once horizontal plane is detected, the app inserts the 3d model accurately on-site with correct scale, position and orientation.
Toggle button between GPS enabled and Off.

For this project we need a dummy app created within Unity3d that is setup for ARcore, and ARkit, and a gps system.
We will provide a basic 3d model.
The app needs to be functional with android and ios.
