Application to continuously monitor Hotmail inbox for specific emails, open these emails and follow a link in them

I need an application to continuously monitor my Windows Live inbox and once an email from a pre-determined address arrives, to open a link contained in the email message.

Basically, I get my work through email and it is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Often it is a matter of 1 second whether I am quick enough to open the email, follow the link and get the work before someone else gets it. So it is imperative that this program opens the message instantly and follows the link contained within it straight away.
