I seek an application developer to build a proof of concept for a support desk application. If successful there will be further phases of development to build a full production system in a phased approach.
The application requires a client / server architecture. All data must be stored centrally and will be used to power a web service portal.The client will be a service logon / authentication and collaboartion tool and will be served by the central service.
We are looking for someone with experience of integrating COTS services such as Skype / other VOIP, IM and Webex.
