App/web solution to upload POS to google spreadsheets

I oversee a elderly shelter and we are trying to have a solution to make it easier to keep track of how many meals we serve and who eats them (how many meals Joe Smith ate here during the 2 weeks he was with us).

Looking for the development of a solution (cloud based? app based?) which can run on a Kindle Fire, take information, and download into a google spreadsheet.

1) intent of app: Input a client roster (need ability to update client names every month) mark every time a client gets breakfast, lunch, dinner, or special meal. We do not want to have to enter the client name each day. We want to be able to add a name, keep it for a few weeks and delete it later if necessary.
If would be really nice if we could "select all" for all names on the roster to receive a meal (e.g. Jan/1/2017 "select all clients" dinner, then it tracks that Joe, Jenny, Bill all had dinner.

THEN send that info to a Googlespreadsheet.
On the sheet, automatically
1 create a tally count sheet of how many meals each client used each month, also add the cost to Breakfast .50 cents, Lunch .50 cents, dinner 1.00, special meal $2.00

2) Add total costs to be able to bill client how many breakfast, lunches, dinners, special meals cost per and then total costs listed on google spreadsheet.
