App for iPads etc

Hi there - I am looking for someone to help me to build an App for one of my prospect client. This is a pitch so I have not one it yet, but I need to get an idea of cost and find someone who has got some great experience - they are a financial services company and I think they will appoint me later this week, so I need to get costs in place ASAP. It has to work like a sales presentation to demonstrate how this technology works to both audiences who are going to use their software - to investors (customers) and to asset managers (suppliers). It has to be used by their sales team to explain the process in bite size chunks and it ideally needs to be personalised to each customer for the purposes of each individual presentation. We also want them to be able to play on the app as if they are playing on the website. This does not have to be an App- but I thought as the sales team were using iPads that it would make sense. I will be looking for someone to take an existing creative style and apply it to the App. I would love to leave a copy of this presentation with the customer, or maybe we can get them to download it. Thoughts please! I look forward to hearing from you. I cannot say how big this is going to be but I would estimate that there might be 10-20 days work involved. Perhaps you could tell me how long it took you to deliver your example Apps. Whoever I choose for this project will of course have to invoice through PPH but please can you set your initial deposit to £20 so I can "award" this job to a short list of three to chat further about this project with me.
