Extra notes: The Surgical Lab, LLC is creating a new product line. We will begin creating apps for the healthcare community. We need:

an app designer (focused on look and user experience)
an app coder

for a long term, ongoing relationship. Responsibilities include:

(A) designer: creating overall concept, appearance, and app flow. Designer, coder, and The Surgical Lab app director meet once weekly (< 1hour) via GotoMeeting and JoinMe to discuss projects and progress.
(B) coder: creating nuts and bolts of app for Android & iPhone OS. Coder, designer, and The Surgical Lab app director meet once weekly (<1 hour) to discuss app progress and the app pipeline.

Designer and coder are reimbursed at time app goes live on Play store AND iPhone App store. Coder is responsible for posting app under an account created for The Surgical Lab by the coder. All app proceeds and developer accounts are retained by The Surgical Lab, LLC.

Fixed price beneath is per app, and we expect to have 2-3 apps in the pipeline at any one time. App designer is reimbursed the amount beneath as fixed price. Also, coder is reimbursed amount listed beneath as fixed price.

Pace of app creation from concept to posting in BOTH app stores is approximately 1 month.
