General information for the app: Mobile App for health company
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We need to create a backend and mobile app for a health company. The app allows users to fire alarms to the health company, as well as explore the services provided by them.
The backend has to support all that the app does, provide a monitoring section for alarms as well as CRUD pages.
We attached a Word document with the full specs. It seems long but it is just because we dig deep into details of what to do, to make everything clear.
Before doing a bid please read the document, since we are requesting extra information along the price.
All specs are in the attached doc. The apps has to be Android, iOS and Windows mobile. Hybrid app development is recommended.
Specific technologies required: PHP, Laravel, Apacho Cordova

Thanks for sharing the detailed specification document of the app. I have reviewed it and assumed this app would take 6 to 8 weeks time along with backend. Could you please let me know your budget range? It would be helpful for us to proceed further with the detailed proposal submission.
