Android Update / Conversion

I would like to convert a bespoke mobile app that I had developed 12 years ago from Android 2.2 to Android 10.1 to work on a Huawie P Smart 2021. I just have the apk file.

I would also like if possible, to get a print out of the source code from the apk file.

I do not know whether the above budget is enough but if someone does a good job and quickly I would be happy to increase. Thankyou.
