Android Studio Java Proof of Concept (SMB File Share)

We are a professional team of cross platform developers working on various client project, we use PPH to get small POC’s written so we don’t have to re-invent the wheel. Please see below a current POC requirement we have:

" We are looking for a very simple APK delivery where the user is given a free text box to enter in an IP address and then a button that says SMB SCAN, then the code will SMB scan with guest credentials any file shares which are behind that IP address and return them as a list printed to the screen, if you download any simple network scanner like 'Advanced IP Scanner' when doing a device scan the crawler will return a list of shares for that device, it is this functionality we are trying to replicate"

Before you submit anything:

-We really appreciate if people can send us a quick note of how they would approach the project and if they have any prior experience in that field.
-We will only respond to actual individual messages not banner “Hi I am X developer and I will do a good job”. Please don’t send us Banner Messages advertising your skills / team
-We would rather pay slightly higher
-We are mainly looking for someone who has already experience in the particular field of interest, please only respond if you have experience as we don’t want time wasters
-We only really want the most basic POC delivered all code will be lifted and dropped into other applications
-We don’t mind using of other people’s open source libraries or code but it has to be 100% commercially licensable
