Android or iOS App demo / prototype to be developed

General information for the app: A video based platform integrating family orientated information and educational content
Description of requirements/features: This first stage of development is to be a very basic, and content limited working prototype in order to prove its viability and raise the necessary capital for full development. We have a few interested VC's and Angel Investors who wish to have a more hands-on experience before making an investment. The prototype is to be based upon video and audio content that will give the user a good enough indication of what is to come within the full version. The UI has already been designed, so we are just after someone to program the content for either an android or iOS platform for our investors to download to their devices and experience.
Extra notes: We are currently on a shoe string budget for this work, as a much larger investment has just been applied towards the video content and production for this prototype, but we would be eager to work with any individual / team for the long term who may be able to support our capital raising efforts now for when we receive full funding.

An image of our design layout has been attached, but may be slightly modified to compensate for this being a prototype version. I hope it gives you a rough indication of how this platform will develop...

There will be perhaps as few as 8 - 10 videos that require playback (streaming from Youtube?), and a few pages of imagery and text just to illustrate this type of medium within the platform. That's it!!
