This is a change of scope to a previous advert posted that has had a considerable number of replies.

Our selected contractor is HANSON, so please do not reply to this ad. This ad is only being placed to clarify payment conditions agreed for PPH purposes.

Full scope of the application has been advised by email and contractual agreements are based on the contents of those emails.

Payment terms are as follows:

Milestone 1: Completion of database structure and app UI to verify connectivity. Delay: 3 days from our acceptance of candidate proposal. Payment due: £500 via PPH immediately following our acceptance and delivery of source code.

Milestone 2: Completion of Client and Administrator portal UIs with all functionality as described and agreed by email. Delay: 2 days following completion of Milestone 1. Payment due: £400 via PPH immediately following our acceptance and delivery of source code.

Milestone 3: Delivery of full application. Delay: 3 days following completion of Milestone 2. Payment due: £400 via PPH immediately following our acceptance and delivery of source code.

Source code must be developed in line with best practices, fully commented for legacy purposes, and accompanied with details of the tools used by the developer to create it.
