Android Database Issues

General information for the app: Incentivized Downloads Point Based App
Description of requirements/features: I have an app similar to Feature Points, Wild Wallet, Grabpoints where users generate points by downloading apps, watching videos etc..

The app has been made with Eclipse and mainly coded with Java

There's some database issues within the app mainly with payments right now payments are manual and users can request multiple payouts on the same event, also doesn't automatically keep track of transaction,

There's a few issues that need to be fixed before I can move forward and introduce updates into the app

I'd like to work with someone with previous experience in this kind of apps and would like to develop a sustainable and longterm relationship.
