Android bluetooth BLE scanner and logger application

Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: Something like e.g. (from Google Play app store) Bluetooth 4.0 Scanner with logging to file. Possibility to scan both classic and low energy in same scan cycle.

No fancy GUI.
Description of requirements/functionality: Pair devices, (set name/ ID).
Scan for devices, log date and time, log every device found, log signal strenght and write to log file for every device.
Possibility to set scan time. (eg. 5-30sec).
Possibility to set repeat time. (eg. every 5, 10, 30 min.).
Possibility to run program in background.
(shutdown time if possible. e.g. Stop application after 7 hours).

More functionality will be added when main function is set up.
CMS and Admin requirements: Source code.
Specific technologies required: Android (sony experia z2), bluetooth, Bluetooth low energy (4.0), StickNFind tracking stickers.
