Android app to hold database infor for building contractors

I need an android app developed to hold database information for building contractors on their tools and job prospects
Users need to log in with email and mobile no and- password
I require lots of space for adverts
5 Database lines to for phase 1

This will be a version 1 and I expect to enhance the app and add an upgrade version 2
I need an app link to a website – the website needs to direct users to the app
