Android App Developer for Education Application

I wish to find an Application Developer wish to create an application for the Android

The application will consist of 120 Practice question with detailed answers. It will need a Study Mode, where questions are paired with clear explanations and the user can proceed at their own pace, as well as a the Simulated Test Mode designed to simulate the exam experience, where the user can answer questions under time restraints and their results are presented to them upon completion in both in total and a question-by-question format.

The content for this application is still being developed (questions and answers) but we aim for this project to start in December and to be completed by January and should be completed and up in the Market Place by the beginning of the new year.

My budget is limited at the moment but if the application is successful I will also call on your assistance, if this project is completed successfully to expand our website. Your services may also be called to fix bugs or created fixes where applicable.

The Developer who wins the jobs will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and work for hire agreement. It is important that you are happy to do this, as the copyrights and right to the design and work will be transferred fully to us upon completion as I will have a great deal of input in the design about content of the application. You will be credited for your work on it though.

The price for this job is low as I aim to give more work in the future and would like to create a prolonged working relationship with the right developer and I will remunerate accordingly.
