Android and iphone app

Need to design a iphone and android app. The details is:the process is;
*first select the part of the picture by touch the screen(int this moment,choosen part blinks once...so choosen part can be understandable)
*select the colour from the colour button
*sprinkle the sand using "sprinkle sand" button...
*shake the mobile device and pour extra sand...
*after shaking, only choosen part will be paint by sand effect automatically...
*then select the part again and go on...
