Advance Mobile Apps Development Project

Hi,

I am currently working on a project for myself, project is based on MINICAB software.

What I am looking -

Advanced developer on iPhone and Android version which includes GPS live tracking, maps, mileage calculation, payment option, rating, availability etc.

Connecting to existing system on backend MySQL database in the server.

Apps on -

Customer and Driver (all details will be provided on due course)
Design will be provided by me.

Please note that - a lot of features will be included on this apps, I am currently working on this, but note that it is highly important if you are not familiar or not advance developer it might not be possible to finish the project, so therefore I will request those who are available and can develop advanced system, please only reply from them will be welcome.
