A Quiz game programming for 2 or more players

I need to a game developed. It is like a quiz game.It inolves 2 or more players.

Before the game starts the players will make 2 inputs.

Input1:
choose gender: male or female

Input2: Select game mode; this will determine the difficulty level

Normal

Advanced

Expert



Player1 reads a question and player2 is presented with 3 choice answers. Player2 picks an answer and player1 rates the answer as "Bad", "Good", "Better" and "Best". Each answer has a score rating and these score are stored against player2 scoreboard (in this case).


Scores
Bad= - 10
Good= +20
Better= +40
Best= +60


At the end of the game (10 rounds for both players) they both have their final score after the both taken their turn, and a prize awarded to them by the system.


From this short story you can tell that the questions are dependent on the users input, I will supply the questions and answers.

This not so much of a video game programming it is heavily text based.
