A PIC interfaced to PC keyboard, LCD display and RS232

We have engineering and programming skills but not enough resources to build this product. It probably involves a PIC32 which will be interfaced to PC keyboard or Keypad with LCD or TFT touch display acting as a fairly simple RS232 terminal to an intelligent label printing device. We already have such a terminal which is based on a particular manufacturers device but there is considerable room for improvement.
