A custom Phonegap/Cordova camera plugin for iOS App.

Description of requirements/features: Custom camera picker interface with the ability to take a picture, use the flash, choose front or rear camera and/or focus.
A custom preview screen with the ability to retake the photo, apply a filter to the photo or use the photo.
A filter application screen with a number of horizontally scrollable photo filters, that the user can apply to the photo, with custom buttons for cancelling or applying and using the photo.
The plugin should then be able to return the photo as data on success.

Extra notes: We need a custom camera plugin created for our iOS Phonegap app. The plugin will need to work exactly like other Phonegap plugins in that it will be easily accessible via javascript.

The plugin needs to follow on from the user experience of the rest of the app and must follow the design conventions that we will set out. The user needs to be able to take a photo and decide whether or not they wish to use the photo or retake the photo. We want the photo size to fill the entire dimensions of whatever screen they are using (rather than a 4:3 aspect ratio). We would like to discuss the ability to apply photo filters to pictures before they are submitted to the app, but this is something that the potential freelancer will need to be confident with and is not essential for all applicants.
