ROM decompilation (list of games to choose from)

I am looking for assembly-level decompilations of the following games to host on GitHub.

More games will be re-added if those already responsible for them prove inactive.

1) I will not accept any reason to pay more than I have agreed to for a given milestone. You are responsible for determining how much your work will cost me, before we reach an agreement. Please know what you are getting into.

2) I will not pay you upfront. You finish a milestone that I can back up and verify personally, and then I will pay.

3) I will not pay offsite, as per the terms of service.

4) DO NOT share your email address or other contact information with me. (I have just seen someone's proposal removed for violating the terms of service that way.)
